TOUR OF THE WAIRARAPA

LIMITED LATE ENTRIES
115KM & 50KM RIDES: These events are timed by electronic timing. Each cyclist will use a transponder which is attached to your bike. When you cross the finish line, your time is automatically taken and recorded. The transponders must be returned after the event. A $50 fee will be charged for any transponders not returned.
Entry fee, $55.00
FAMILY RIDES: This event is approximately 10km and is for children aged 5 to 16 years. Children 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Entry fee is $10.00 per child (maximum $20.00 per family. This includes a Race Pack but not a meal). Accompanying adults are FREE. Family entries are eligible for spot prizes. Prizegiving for this event will be once the last rider has finished.
FOR YOUR ENTRY IN THE 115KM & 50KM FUN RIDES YOU RECEIVE:
- A fantastic meal. Please note that Tandem entries receive one meal ticket. If you want a meal each, than please order an extra meal with your entry.
- Well marked course
- Drink stations and sag wagons
- Communications network and marshalls
- Lead vehicles
- Results available on our website
- Race pack (collect at Registration)
- The possibility of winning an awesome spot prize. You must be at prize giving to collect a spot prize
- Course Marshalled and Times recorded only until 1.45pm.
- There will be a checkpoint for the 115km riders at Alfredton which is 45km from the ride start. Riders not yet at this point by 11am will be asked to turn around and ride direct to the finish.

9:00am 115km ride
9:30am 50km ride
9:35am 10km ride .
2:00pm PRIZE GIVING

Collect you Race Number, Transponder & Race Pack at Registration -
Saturday 13 Nov 5pm - 7pm Lambert Cycles AvantiPlus, 14 Lincoln Road, Masterton
Sunday 14 Nov 7.30am - 8.45am Lakeview School, Te Ore Ore Road, Masterton
Please read the information provided in your race pack
(There will be a Race Map and also a copy of the Race Briefing)
* Please also note there are no shower facilities at Lakeview School, but the local Sports Bowl will have showers available.
* Photographs of the ride will be taken at random and may be used for promotional purposes without authorization from riders.
